Jennifer Diaz
Jennifer Diaz practices immigration law and has experience in handling all aspects of immigration cases including litigating deportation defense cases involving cancellation of removal for permanent and non-permanent residents, asylum cases, adjustment of status and bond proceedings. She also has extensive experience representing immigration clients in Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), provisional unlawful presence waivers, consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, self-petitions under the Violence Against Women Act, fiancé visas and U-Visas for victims of qualifying crimes.
She was born in the Country of Guatemala and immigrated to the United States when she was only 3 years old. She lived in Arizona ever since, and moved to Washington in 2021. Immigration law is very important to Jennifer. She is extremely passionate about helping others gain status in the United States like her and her family did when they immigrated to the United States.
Having been through the process herself, she can truly empathize with clients as she helps them through each step of their immigration process.
Jennifer is fluent in both English and Spanish. She obtained her law degree from Arizona Summit Law School (formerly Phoenix School of Law). While in Law School, Jennifer was frequently on the Dean’s List and volunteered in the Wills for Heroes clinics where she assisted in drafting wills for Veterans and First Responders. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University in Business and Communications.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs; loves to travel and go salsa dancing. A few fun facts about Jennifer is she was also a dance instructor and a licensed cosmetologist, and has trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
